videotaping a scene from You've Got Mail off my own tv screen, uploading it onto youtube and inserting it into a presentation to illustrate my point in a lecture that I am giving

my point being that this is Foucault, and I have no idea what any of it's about, really.

I think I'm already blocking out Friday and it hasn't even happened yet.

I put my colonoscopy pictures up on my fridge because they are the best test results I have ever gotten. My stomach is the healthiest it has looked since 1995 when it was only nine years old and didn't have Crohn's disease.

My art therapist told me that sometimes people say that actions speak louder than words, but that in this situation she would strongly advise me to listen only to the words. So I'll try.
